CUGH 2022 will be an in-person and virtual conference
Location: Los Angeles, California USA.
In-Person
- All in-person registrants will have access to all the features accessible to the online registrants and will be able to communicate via app/website: message speakers, ask questions, and message all attendees who opt-in
- Content can be viewed live during the conference at the hotel venue and synchronously online
- Can view 700 posters in person (350 per day) and others online
- Participation in the annual reception in person
- Participate in a virtual reception through zoom with the online attendees
- Smaller meetings at the venue are available
- Networking opportunities
- Access to the printed program and the PDF version for virtual registrants
- Coffee and light refreshments are included in the registration fee
- All panel presenters must attend the conference in person
Virtual
- All registrants can view and participate in live-streamed: plenaries, concurrent sessions, keynotes and other activities
- All sessions will be recorded and posted online for one year and will be available to all conference registrants (virtual and in person)
- Registrants can message other registrants (virtual and in person)
- Sponsors will be visible online
- All posters will be online and up to 700 of them will be shown at the conference venue
- Registrants can visit the online exhibitor hall
- All registrants will receive a PDF version of the printed program
- An online, virtual reception and/or activities will occur for registrants to meet each other
