2nd International Conference On Public Health In Africa

December 13, 2022 - December 15, 2022

Dear Colleague,

Registration for the 2nd International Conference on Public Health in Africa (CPHIA 2022) is now officially open! Please visit the conference website for information on how to register today.

CPHIA 2022 is scheduled to take place 13-15 December 2022 in person at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda, with official side events beginning on 12 December. The theme for this year’s conference is “Preparedness for Future Pandemics and Post-Pandemic Recovery: Africa at a Crossroads.”

Hosted by the African Union and Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), in partnership with the Rwanda Ministry of Health and Rwanda Biomedical Center, CPHIA 2022 will serve as a catalyst to build more resilient health systems that allow African countries to better prepare for and manage emerging health threats while addressing long-standing diseases.

This year’s gathering will build on CPHIA 2021, where over 12,000 participants gathered virtually. CPHIA 2022 will offer robust discussions about Africa’s public health priorities with plenaries, parallel sessions and abstract presentations addressing pressing topics across nine conference tracks.

For more information about the conference visit the CPHIA 2022 website. Please be sure to also follow CPHIA 2022 on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for regular updates and information on the conference.

We hope to see you in Kigali!

Sincerely,

CPHIA Secretariat  www.cphia2022.com
